Introduction to Youth Wrestling Hosted by Garland Black Mambas Wrestling Club This Camp Is for Boys and Girls Ages 5-14 who are interested in learning about The Sport of Wrestling. We will Go over the Fundamentals Of Wrestling while incorporating Gymnastics and forms of Tumbling. We will Cover the American Collegiate Styles of Wrestling which is Folkstyle all the Kids will get a Shirt for the completion of Class. We ask All Athletes come dressed in Athletic Attire, And make sure to bring Water. Your athletes will be coached Jamal Dean Who is a Certified USA Wrestling Coach
